Our wish is to help international winemakers ensure that future generations enjoy the gift of wine within an environmentally respectful context—and in the context of extreme water scarcity and increasing heat—to help them adapt, diversify, or migrate. Even more, we hope our research can be used to create resilience and mitigation strategies in viticulture and other luxury and staple crops.
